A Little About JJ

Real estate isn't exactly new to me. I've just moved from behind the scenes to the front.

For more than 20 years, I worked in the Orange County real estate industry, helping run the technology behind a local brokerage—building websites, managing listing databases, and supporting agents with the tools they use every day. That means I understand how listings get marketed, how the MLS actually works, and where deals can go wrong behind the scenes—knowledge I now bring directly to my clients.

After spending so many years watching the business from the inside, becoming a Realtor felt like a natural next step. I may be newer to the title of "agent," but I'm not new to the industry, and I'm putting two decades of hands-on experience to work for the people I represent.

I'm based in Fullerton and have called Orange County home for many years. I enjoy running the local trails and roads, and exploring the neighborhoods and communities that make Southern California home.

I don't believe real estate has to feel complicated or overly sales-driven. I prefer to listen, explain things clearly, and help people make decisions they feel comfortable with.

Whether you're buying your first home or your fifth, I'd love to help guide you through it.
